Born 1992 Torbay. 

Matt was at Exeter City with the under-16 developement squad at the Centre of Excellence in 2008/09. 

After previously playing for Newton Abbot Spurs Matt was with Paignton Saints in 2022/23 with his brother Jamie, another former City centre of excellence player.

After working as a coach in the Exeter City academy, Matt took on an administrative role at South Devon College before training to become an accountant with a firm in Newton Abbot.

As of 2023 Matt was working as client accounts manager at an accounting, legal and wealth management services business in Exeter.
