Born Redditch 2001,

Reiss, who had come through the youth team at Kidderminster Harriers, was an 18-year traillist when he was named in the Exeter City squad for the Devon St Luke's Bowl quarter-final against Buckland Athletic in March 2019. 

At the time Reiss had already played for National League North Kiddy's first-team in an FA Cup tie against Atherstone in September 2018 and against Nuneaton Borough in the league in March 2019.

Reiss was released by the Aggborough club in April 2020 after loans at Lye Town and Gresley.

In 2022/23 Reiss was in his second season at Worcester City
