Scott was a member of Exeter City's under-18 squad during the 2015/16 season and featured in both Football League Youth Alliance and FA Youth Cup fixtures. He later played Western League football for Exmouth Town and Wellington as well as appearing in the Devon St Luke's Bowl for Tiverton Town. 

As of 2023/24 he was playing for Taunton North Robins in Sunday football.
