Biographical Text
Josh was a member of the under-15 centre of excellence squad in 2007/08 before becoming an Exeter City trainee between 2009 and 2011 during which time he played both reserve and youth team football.
On leaving City he signed for Tiverton Town where, in four seasons at the club, appeared 162 times (14 goals) before leaving for Taunton Town in June 2015 for whom in two busy seasons he played around a hundred games. Leaving to briefly play for Tavistock, he was soon playing for Willand Rovers in the Western League where he scored sixteen times from full-back in his first season.
Helping Willand win the Western League and reach the quarter-finals of the FA Vase in 2018/19, he remained with the club as it entered to Southern League and - by the start of 2022/23 - had already played 180 games for the club. Now approaching his 32nd birthday, Josh began his eighth season at Silver Street in August 2024.
