Denny Mundee

Denny Mundee was on trial at city in July 1993.

On 26/7/93 he played and scored twice in the 4-0 friendly win at Sticker(Cornwall).
He was also in the squad that lost 6-0 at home to Sheffield Wednesday on 23/7/93 but did not play

Denny started with his hometown club, as a a schoolboy at Swindon in the early 1980's. He moved to Queens Park Rangers as a youth player in 1985, but returned to sign as a professional at Swindon in 1986, he did not play a first team and a year later joined Salisbury City, scoring 20 times in 34 games in 1987/88, this feat caught the eye of Bournemouth, who he joined in 1987, he played 
100 games between 1987 and 1993, and also played on loan at Weymouth, Yeovil and Torquay.

After his trial at Exeter, he joined Brentford, wher he became something of a cult figure, played 84 times and scored 16 goals in the league, before joining Brighton in 1995, where he made 56 appearances, in the two seasons he was there.

In 1997 he joined Dorchester Town and also played for Salisbury City, Newport (IOW), Swindon Supermarine, Clevedon Town and finally Bath City in 1998.
He then retired having played a over 300 matches and scoring nearly 50 goals.
