Bill Bex was a centre-forward who played for Exeter City in a friendly against the City Services League on the 7th of November 1945. 

Bill Bex played for Bedford Town from 1945 to 1948, scoring 14 times from 68 appearances. He was previously an amateur with Northampton, but did not play for the 1st team. He left Bedford in 1948 and joined Wellingborough.
