Nick Burke was a trialist from Barry Town who played for Exeter City Reserves against Swansea City in April 2000. Scoring twice, he returned to Barry and played out his career in South Wales. 

Nick, born in Waterford, had been on the books of Leeds United and Swindon Town before joining Barry Town in 1999. Playing over 140 games (with more than 30 goals) for the club, he also turned out for Carmarthen Town, Llanelli and Port Talbot.

He then moved to the USA in 2007 and became a coach in various parts of New England.
