Romauld played on trial in a friendly for Exeter City against Swansea City in January 2003 at home.

He had started in Belgium with La Louviere in 1993, leaving them in 1999 to join Mons and then  in 2000 he signed for Charleroi. Returning to Mons a season later. 
He retired from playing in 2005.
