Michael was a triallist, who played for Exeter City against Weymouth pre season 2009-10.

Starting at Millwall in 2006, having been in their academy, Michael a joined the Glenn Hoodle academy in 2008, it was from there, that he joined the Grecians very briefly.

He played in Spain for Jerez International, returning to the UK to play for Dover Athletic in 2011, a year later he moved to Eastbourne Borough and in 2012 signed for Hitchin, where he played over 60 games before moving to Aylesbury in 2015, and then onto Cockfosters in 2016.
