Born 23 January 1990 Manchester.

Josh, son of former England player Neil Webb who was once a pre-season triallist at Exeter City himself, was at Reading's academy when he appeared on trial for Exeter City Reserves against Bristol Rovers in February 2008.

After his unsuccessful stay at Exeter, Josh signed for Weymouth and later played for Farnborough, Eastleigh, Basingstoke Town,  Walton & Hersham, Hungerford Town and Staines Town.

By 2018 he was at Kingstonian after which Josh had a couple of spells at Metropolitan Police as well as playing for Beaconsfield.  

Not to be confused with Joshua Webb, another former Reading academy player, who has played for some of the same clubs.
