William Puddy
William began his career as a youth player with Bristol City spending seven years with the side before being released. It was from Bristol that he joined Exeter on trial in August 2004, before joining Bath City for the 2004/05 season.
In 2006, he joined Cheltenham Town spending time on loan at Stafford Rangers, Yate Town, Mangotsfield and Tamworth.
At the start of the 2009–10 season, William rejoined Bath City on loan making four appearances before returning to Cheltenham after sustaining an injury.
In October 2010, he was playing at Salisbury City and in the November he joined Swindon Supermarine. The following season he moved to Chippenham Town. He left in January 2012 to play for Salisbury City, where he played over 80 games before moving to Bristol Rovers for the start of 2014 season where he played 23 times before signing for Sutton United in 2017 on loan, he had also played at Braintree on loan whilst with Bristol Rovers.
In 2018 he moved to Chippenham Town where he played 50 games up to 2021
