Fedrigucci Maurizio was a D.Division Italian league defender, who was invited to train with Exeter City in August 1987.

A Centre back he had played with Urbino, in Italy.

He played 2 games in the South West Counties League at the start of the 87/88 season, on the 11th August at Bristol City and on the 19th August 1987 at Newport County.

In June 2024 Maurizio contacted the club and said

“I'm still alive, now, I'm 60 years old.During the 1987 s pre-season I was training and playing with the team ( two matches in Bristol city and Newport County). Unfortunately, in Italy my team didn't give me the authorization to play with Exeter City. I was an Italian player in England and none of the Urbino team sent me the clearance to play in England.
