Marika played for Exmouth Youth in 2008, moving to Exeter's Centre of Excellence in 2011/12. Playing for Exeter, mostly as a left sided defender, chipping in with a number of goals, she was involved in the clubs promotion winning team, before leaving to join Buckland Athletic in 2016.

At the end of the 2017/18 season Marika signed for Callington
