Donna studied at Exeter College between 2003/05, moving on to obtain a Degree at Marjons in Plymouth. This was followed by working at Exeter University until 2015, when she joined Exeter City's Community Trust. Working and coaching with the girls development centre for over 4 years.

Donna played in goal for Exeter in 2017/18.
