Billie signed for Exeter City towards the end of 2016/17 seasin having previously played for Bishops Lydeard, Tiverton Town, Moors Youth and Plymouth Argyle.

"A centre-half, Billie is comfortably in possession and likes to play the ball out from the back rather than launching it long. She has taken part in a football scholarship in lowa, USA and says the greatest influence on her playing career is her older brother as he encouraged her to play." Billie played for Exeter from 2016/17 to the end of 2018/19, playing 8 league games in her first season and 13 and 11 games in next two seasons.
Billie  was player of the year in 2017/18.
