Hannah played for Exeter in 2017/18 and 2018/19, she was released in the summer of 2019.
In July 2019 she joined Marine Academy in Plymouth.
Hana Bennett signed for Bridgwater Utd Women FC in August 2024 after her international clearance was confirmed, "her last club was Barry Town in Wales, who also had time as a player at Buckland Athletic previously too".
On signing and speaking of her excitement for the league opener this weekend, Bennett said, "The club has taken me by surprise and their aspirations align with my own personal development aims and the things I’d want from the team"

Hana was the head coach player of the year at Bridgwater in 2024/25. In the Summer of 2025 Bridgwater United Women FC were delighted to announce that Hana Bennett, "this year’s captain, has extended her contract, keeping her at the club for the upcoming season! Hana’s leadership and dedication to the team have been instrumental in driving the team’s success, at a time of growth. Her tenaciousness, competitiveness, and desire for the club makes her an invaluable asset to the squad."
