Erin made the step up from the girls development centre at Exeter City to the first team in August 2018, along with six others.
She played throughout the season, scoring her first goals against Torquay on the 21st of October 2018. 

At at the end of the season Erin played for Marine Academy LFC in Plymouth.

Erin played for Exeter City's development squad in the Devon Womens Football League Division 1 in the  2020/21 season.

Erin was one of 5 players from City who took part in the National College’s Regional Trials on the 31st of October 2020. The club wrote,
