Hannah played for Cullompton Rangers from 2009 to 2011, as both a defender or in midfield, she competed in the Devon Senior Cup Final in 2009.

From 2007-08, Hannah was a member of the Somerset FA, Centre of Excellence whilst playing for Exmouth Community College between 2004-09.

In 2011 she was at Angelo University in Texas having previously been at Exeter College.

Hannah was part of the Exeter City Squad that were Champions of The South West Premier league and who were promoted into the South West Combination League, the third division of the Women's football.


After leaving Exeter, Hannah played for Budleigh Salterton and in 2018 to 2020 played for Buckland Athletic.
