Sophie was a defender who made 20 appearances in 2014/15 and 9 appearances in the following season.
In her first season was pivotal in Exeter winning the County Cup and Runners up in the League.

Sophie also played for Buckland Athletic in 2016/17 after leaving Exeter, and one game for AFC Bideford in April 2017.
