Danny Walsh was an Exeter City youth player in the early 1960s who emigrated to Australia and played for the national side in World Cup qualifiers.
After spending time with City in the early 1960s, he moved to Australia at a time of high levels of migration and played for Sydney club Hakoah from 1965 to 1971. During this period he won seven full international caps for Australia which included two games against Greece in 1969 and World Cup Qualifiers against Israel (two games) and Rhodesia (three games) in the same year.
