Lewis Page played for Exeter City during the 2020/21 season. He joined from Charlton and left for Harrogate. 

Lewis became a scholar/trainee with West Ham United in 2012 signing professional terms in 2014. He made his first-team debut in an Europa League qualifier against FC Lusitans of Andorra on 2 July 2015. Lewis was then loaned to Cambridge United (January 2016) and Coventry City (August 2016) where he made 22 league appearances. He left West Ham in January 2017 to sign for Charlton Athletic for whom he made 27 league appearances before leaving the club in 2020 after a series of injuries. .

Turning down a short-term deal at Plymouth Argyle, Lewis opted to agree a one-year deal with Exeter City on 1 September 2020 making his debut against Bristol City in the League Cup on 5 September 2020 and his league bow against Salford City on 12 September 2020. In total Lewis made 35 league and cup appearances before leaving the club at the end of the season. 

Lewis then signed for Harrogate Town in July 2021 where he spent a single season playing in twenty-eight league games until suffering a foot injury. After being released by Harrogate he signed a short-term deal with Mansfield Town in November 2022 but continued to have injury problems.

Lewis agreed a short-term deal with Gillingham in March 2023 but was released at the end of the season after just three substitute appearances. He subsequently signed for Dagenham and Redbridge prior to the 2023/24 season but only started sixteen league games before switching to Ebbsfleet United in June 2024.
