The Football Association have now given their sanction to an Association being formed bearing the title of the EAST DEVON FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION.

The area to be covered comprises all that part of the County of Devon north of a line drawn drawn from Kingswear, Newton Abbot, Okehampton and Bideford and to include RMS Britannia. In accordance with the instructions received from the Football Association it is now necassary to call a meeting of representatives of clubs playing in this area with the object of adopting rules
and selecting the necessary officers to carry on the Association. Meeting to be held at the Great Western Hotel Exeter on wed April 11th 1903.
