Jess Sandland  graduated from the Girls Development Centre in April 2021 and was available for selection in Devon Cup match on the 18th of April. Described by the club as "Another exciting young prospect"

Jess made her debut for Exeter City, as a second half substitute when they returned to action for the first time in four months on the 17th of April 2021in a Devon Women’s Senior Cup tie against Feniton at the Sports Hub.

Jess scored her first goal in a friendly against Callington 25th of April 2021


"Congratulations to Jess Sandland who made her 50th City Appearance on Sunday 16th April 2023" against Selsey in the penultimate league match of the season to secure Exeter's position at the top of the league.
