Born 21 October 1994 Tiverton

Owen Howe played, and scored, for Exeter City's under-16s against Yeovil in April 2011.

Owen had already made his first team debut for Tiverton and played two more seasons as a teenager before joining Bideford in 2013. After one season away, Owen returned to Ladysmead at the start of 2014/15. Over the next three seasons he made 121 appearances scoring 62 goals and helping Tivvy to promotion back to the Southern Premier in 2017.

After another eight goals in the first half of 2017/18 Owen joined Salisbury following a discipline issue at Tiverton. Over the next three years he was to have two spells at Salisbury, two at Bristol Manor Farm and short stays at Taunton Town and Weston-super-Mare.

Owen briefly returned to Tiverton in 2021/22 but soon left to join Barnstaple Town who were enjoying a new source of finance. After a few months in North Devon there was a fall-out and Owen was back at Bristol Manor Farm in March 2022.

Owen continued to play for the Bristol club in 2022/23.
