Katie moved from Plymouth Womens Football Club in July 2021 to join the Grecians.

Before joining Plymouth Katie's previous clubs were Devon ACC, Crediton and Bradworthy Youth.


She made her debut for Exeter WFC in a pre-season friendly against Portishead on the 18th of July 2021, and played her 50th game in all competitions for Exeter in January 2024. 

Katie left Exeter in the Summer of 2024 and issued the  following statement.

A Message from Katie Grigg
(5th August 2024)

"I have made the very tough decision to leave Exeter City this summer. I would like to thank everyone that has supported me in the three seasons I've had here at the club. Starting in the Girls Development Centre, to finish my time at Exeter with a win in the Devon County Cup and with a title winning medal is something I will will always cherish. I have played alongside many experienced talented players who have helped me develop in my football career and who have also become lifelong friends. I would like to wish the girls and the management team all the best for the upcoming season."

Katie joined Plymouth Argyle on the 28th August 2024.
