Elmore Eagles
In 1995, a brand new ladies team was formed as Elmore Eagles LFC. In 2001 they were to become Exeter City Ladies.
The newly formed team, were based in Tiverton.
They had to enter into the lowest Division of the football pyramid, which was then the Third Division of the South West Women's Football League (SWWFL)

Season Summary
In their first campaign, Elmore won 9 of their 12 League, drawing one and losing only two of SWWFL Division 3 games. Despite losing in the first rounds of the Women’s FA Cup and Pat Sowden Cup, they managed to progress to 3 rounds of the League Cup.
