Match 38
5th April 1915
Plymouth Argyle (h)

EASTER MONDAY, APRIL 5TH.

EXETER CITY 1 PLYMOUTH ARGYLE 1.

At St-James's Park. The Grecians, favoured by a strong sun at their backs, had nearly all the first half, and after Lovett had scored in seven minutes they showed much pretty football until Strettle put through his own goal in the softest fashion.

Play was tame in the second half, and the match ended drawn, each side having scored one goal. Lovett replaced Evans for the City, and Baker was at left half for Plymouth, Forbes moving up to inside left.
