Lauren played for the 2nd team in 2021/22, the development centre. And continued to play for the Development squad (Exeter City WFC reserves) in 2022/23 and started 2023/24 in the Exeter Women Reserve Team.

Lauren had played Youth football for Galmpton, Kerswell Girls and Torquay United Trust. 

After Lauren had impressed throughout pre season she signed for Feniton Women!
