Exeter Reserves were engaged in a friendly against Yeovil at St. James's Park, and won easily, by 5-0. Drain, (photo) who had scored in the first half, added two more early in the second to complete his "hat-trick", and further goals were scored near the end by Mudd and Johnson. The weather was reasonably fine, and there was an attendance of two thousand.
