Installed as part of the 2019/20 Celebrating our Heritage project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, this exhibition includes images from the Express & Echo, the family of Barney Singleton, Chris Howe, Pinnacle Photograph Agency, and the Grecian Archive.

From images dating back to the end of the Second World War, right up until the 2019/20 season, these photographs illustrate the history of football & life at St James Park, as well as revealing the changing nature of football photography and coverage through the years. For preservation purposes, all images have been digitised in their original condition, for display in this exhibition.
