While the 1989/90 FA Cup campaign did not match the dizzy heights of our progress to the quarter-finals in 1931 or 1981, it certainly has its moments as we faced off against Dartford, Maidstone, and Norwich City.
The tournament was won by Manchester United, whose eventual 1-0 win against Crystal Palace marked the first trophy of the Alex Ferguson era.
